Song Moon Bong, later legally changed to Song Lu O and currently known mononymously as Luo, is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of MASC (마스크) and current member of DIGNITY (디그니티). He graduated from Korea Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in K-Pop from Baekje University of Arts.

He made his debut in October 2017 as MASC's vocalist, visual and maknae with their third single, "Do It". The group debuted in August 2016, but the agency, J Planet Entertainment (제이플래닛엔터테인먼트, formerly known as JJ Holic Media and Isam Media), announced several lineup changes and he was added to the group. Unfortunately, after a world tour in 2019, J Planet announced they had gone on hiatus and later officially disbanded in October 2020.

He joined PCS Entertainment (PCS엔터테인먼트) and became the leader and main vocalist of DIGNITY (now under his legal name). The group released the pre-debut digital single "Rambo" in September 2022 but then became inactive as the agency kept postponing their official debut date.

He finally re-debuted in July 2024 with their first mini-album, "Digmotion".
