- Name: Lee Hyo Won
- Native name: 이효원
- Also Known as: Jukang, 주강, Hyowon, 효원
- Nationality: South Korean

Before debuting, he spent time as a trainee at SM Entertainment, BigHit Music, PocketDoll Studio and JYP Entertainment.
He joined JTG Entertainment (제이티지엔터테인먼트) in early 2020 and was set to debut as part of the agency's new boy group, preliminarily named JTG Boys. However, in May 2021, the company merged with Starweave Entertainment (스타위브 엔터테인먼트), and only 4 members (including him) were able to join alongside new trainees.
He finally made his debut in February 2022 (under the stage name Ju Kang) as JWIIVER's vocalist and maknae with their first EP, "JTrap". Unfortunately, the group struggled to promote and, sadly, disbanded in January 2024.
He enlisted for his mandatory military service on October 30, 2023, and was discharged on April 29, 2025. He then signed with NewWays Company (뉴웨이즈컴퍼니) and re-debuted in July 2025 (now using his real name) as ASC2NT's new maknae with their "Conversion Part 2: Bloomed". The group had debuted in May 2024, but Lee In Jun had to leave due to health reasons, and he was brought in to replace him.
