Kim Seon Yeong is a South Korean Olympic medalist curler. She graduated from Uiseong Girls' High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Ecological and Environmental Systems from Kyungpook National University. She is the lead (the person who delivers the first two stones of the end for their squad) on the team led by Kim Eun Jung (called Team Kim) on the World Curling Tour. She was the second (the person who delivers the second pair of stones) on the national team that represented South Korea at the 2018 Winter Olympics, where she won a silver medal. They tried to repeat the feat at the 2022 Winter Olympics but finished in 8th place but obtained the silver medal at the 2022 World Curling Championships.
