Seo Joo Ha, born Seo Eun Young and known professionally as J-Cera, is a South Korean ballad singer and lyricist. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Applied Music from Dongduk Women's University. She made her debut in 2010 when she released her own version of Boohwal's "Lonely Night". As she was part of CS Entertainment, the agency decided to create a new project group called CS Numbers composed of her, male duo December and two female newcomer singers. They released the song "Crying With My Heart And Soul" and became an instant hit but afterwards, her career stalled and she became mostly an OST singer. In 2020 she returned to TV when she appeared as a contestant in an episode of "I Can See Your Voice 7" using her birth name and later announced the release of her new song "Didn't You Know" after nearly 7 years without releasing a song. She has sung OSTs for several dramas since 2011 and include "Three Bold Siblings", "Mysterious Personal Shopper", "Return of Bok Dan Ji", among many more. She legally changed her name at some point after 2020 to Seo Joo Ha and she is the CEO of her own agency, Cera Music.
