Jung Si Hyun, known professionally as Xiwoo, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of 24K+ (투포케이플러스; formerly known as 24K). He lived in the Philippines for 2 years and in Malaysia for 7 years when he was younger due to his father's work.

He was revealed as a new member in July 2019 but did not make his official debut until June 2021, when he joined as 24K's new leader, vocalist and main rapper with the single "Mainstreet". The group, managed by Choeun Entertainment (조은엔터테인먼트), debuted in September 2012 but underwent many lineup changes starting in 2014 as they struggled to find a steady fanbase and opportunities to promote. Even after his reveal as a new member, the group spent over 2 years on hiatus until he was able to record new material.

In November 2023, it was announced that the group (now composed of 5 members) was re-branding as 24K+. They re-debuted with the release of their mini-album, "Roller Coaster".
