Kwon Young Hwan, known professionally as Lazy, is a South Korean musician and a member of ROMANTIC PUNCH (로맨틱펀치).

He met two of his bandmates at the Seoul Jazz Academy in 2013, and they decided to form a Christian band called WA★DISH (short for WASH THE DISHES). They debuted in 2004 with the EP "Bright Sunlight Day", with him as the guitarist. The band's success stagnated for several years, and in 2009, they decided to rebrand as ROMANTIC PUNCH and also changed their genre to a rock-indie band.

In 2012, he appeared on "Top Band 2" and ended up in 2nd place, but instead of appearing on TV, they preferred busking sessions around the streets of South Korea and performed in several concerts. They are co-managed by D Company (디컴퍼니) and Queen Entertainment (퀸엔터테인먼트).

The band has performed several OSTs, including the Korean version of the theme song for "Naruto".

He is married to bassist Park Ha Na, who was an original member. However, band leader Bae In Hyuk opposed their relationship as he thought it would affect the band's dynamic. They decided to date regardless of Bae's opinion, so she was voted off of the group in 2015. The couple has 5 children.
