Jo Yoon Min, known simply as Yoon Min or Yun Min, is a South Korean singer and member of TOUCHED (터치드). She graduated from Hanlim Arts High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Practical Music from the Seoul Institute of the Arts.

She was part of other bands, such as Mola Band, Mintsu and Ruvid, before joining fellow graduates from the Seoul Arts University as part of a new rock band.

She made her debut in December 2020 as TOUCHED's vocalist with the single "Blue" and won the 31st Yoo Jae Ha Music Festival. It was the first time in the history of the competition that bands were allowed to participate. In 2022, they entered the band competition show "Great Seoul Invasion" and won first place with the song "Alive".

The band is represented by Faction A Like.
