Chae Do Hyeon is a South Korean musician and member of TOUCHED (터치드). He graduated from Inha University Affiliated High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Applied Music from Seoul Institute of the Arts.

He and fellow graduate Seung Bin wanted to form a band and convinced 3 other alumni from the Seoul Arts University to join them.

He made his debut in December 2020 as TOUCHED's keyboardist with the single "Blue" and won the 31st Yoo Jae Ha Music Festival. It was the first time in the history of the competition that bands were allowed to participate. In 2022, they entered the band competition show "Great Seoul Invasion" and won first place with the song "Alive".

The band is represented by Faction A Like.
