Kim Ji Hoon is a South Korean musical actor and member of LIBELANTE (리베란테). He obtained a bachelor's degree in Acting from the Seoul Institute of the Arts and another in Vocal Music from Chugye University for the Arts.

Ji Hoon made his debut with a role in the 2020 musical "Midnight." In 2023, he entered the singing competition "Phantom Singer 4" and advanced to the late rounds, where he was grouped with 3 other singers and formed Libelante (a combination of the Italian words libertà, meaning freedom, and brillante, meaning brilliant). They ended up in 1st place and made their official debut on June 2023 during the last episode of the show that was aired live.

He was appointed as the group's leader, and they made their original music debut in August 2023 with the digital single "Shine". They are represented by ShowPlay Entertainment (쇼플레이엔터테인먼트).

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on January 22, 2024, and is expected to be discharged on July 21, 2025.
