Imase is a Japanese singer-songwriter, Youtuber and Tiktoker. He had no proper musical training prior to 2020 but began getting interested in composing and singing after a friend encouraged him to do it. In 2021, he began uploading his music to different social media platforms and, later that year, he signed a contract with Universal Music Japan's in-house label company, Virgin Music. He made his official debut at the end of 2021 with his 1st single album "Have a Nice Day", inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic. He released "Night Dancer" in 2022 and it became the first J-Pop song to feature in South Korea's Melon Chart and also it appeared on Spotify's most heard songs in 30 countries.
