Kwon Jae Hwan, known professionally as J.Heart, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer, producer and former member of N-SONIC (엔소닉). He graduated from Yongin University. Before debuting, he spent time as a trainee at SM Entertainment.

He made his debut in October 2011 as the group's leader and vocalist with their digital single album, "We Are SuperBoys." After debuting in South Korea, C2K Entertainment (C2K 엔터테인먼트) decided to have them promote in Japan and China. He made his debut as a solo artist in November 2015 with the digital single "Call My Name."

On May 9, 2016, the group returned from several concerts in Japan and decided to boycott the agency, halting all communication with C2K. They also failed to show up to scheduled events in South Korea and later asked for the termination of their contracts before they were disbanded.

He opted to enlist in the military on May 26, 2016. While he was serving, the agency sued the group members, asking for compensation for all the activities they had not shown up to. The court issued a verdict on June 22, 2017, in favor of them, ending their relationship with C2K. He continues to promote as an independent soloist, made a comeback in August 2018 with the digital single "Shut Up and Just Dance", and switched to indie music.

In June 2022, he married YouTuber Rachel Kwon.
