Jung Seung Won is a South Korean singer, model, and former member of LIBELANTE (리베란테). He graduated from Seoul Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Vocal Music from Yonsei University.

In 2023, he entered the singing competition "Phantom Singer 4" and advanced to the late rounds, where he was grouped with 3 other singers and formed Libelante (a combination of the Italian words libertà, meaning freedom, and brillante, meaning brilliant). They ended up in 1st place and made their official debut on June 2023 during the last episode of the show that was aired live.

They made their original music debut in August 2023 with the digital single "Shine" and are represented by ShowPlay Entertainment (쇼플레이엔터테인먼트).

In January 2025, he announced his departure from the group to focus on his career as a solo artist.
