Choi Seong Bin, known professionally as Choi Youn Ha, is a South Korean trot singer. He graduated from Incheon Talent University with a bachelor's degree in Applied Music.

In 2018, he participated in "Korea Sings" and won the Excellence Award in the contest held in his hometown. Since 2019, he had begun entering several trot singing competitions but without much success. He made his debut in 2020 with the single album, "That Person".
