Takaki Hiroshi is a Japanese composer and arranger from Fukuoka, Japan. He graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts with a focus on composition, specializing in film and broadcast music.

While at university, he served as an assistant to Haneda Kentaro. In 2003, Takaki contributed as a sub-composer to the music for "Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger." Since then, he has mainly worked on musical scores for anime and tokusatsu productions.
