Jeon Jin Yeong, known professionally as Jin Yul, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of QUEENZ EYE (퀸즈아이). She graduated from Ewha Girls' High School.

She first appeared on TV as a contestant on the survival show "Universe Ticket" but was eliminated in the final episode and was not able to debut with the resulting project group. A few weeks later, she left Jwin Entertainment.

In January 2025, Media Lab Siso (미디어랩 시소) and Big Mountain Entertainment (빅마운틴엔터테인먼트) announced the departure of 4 members of QUEENZ EYE. The agencies began auditions to replace them, and she was selected as a new member in June 2025. She made her debut in August of that year (under the stage name Jin Yul) with the mini-album, "Prism Ep. 01".
