In July 2023, she entered the SBS survival show "Universe Ticket" but was unable to debut in the resulting debut group after being eliminated in the second round.
In 2024, she participated in the JYP Entertainment and KBS2 survival show "The Entertainer", ranking 3rd overall, earning her a spot in the resulting debut group "DDDD 25". After the show, she signed a contract with INNIT Entertainment (INNIT엔터테인먼트). It is assumed that DDDD 25 quietly disbanded during pre-debut due to inactivity and the members debuting under different groups.
In July 2026, INNIT Entertainment announced her to be a part of the lineup for their girl group "OURBIRTHDAY" under the stage name "U". They released the pre-debut single "Hungry (Side A)" on July 22, 2026.
