Lee Jeong Bong is a South Korean singer and music director. He graduated from Gyeongmin Foreign Language High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Composition from Hoseo University. He made his debut in 1996 with the album "Misty" after being the last winner of the KBS College Song Festival held in 1993. His title song "How About It?" became an instant hit and reached the Top-10 in the music charts. The title song of his following album, "For Her", also reached decent popularity but he then failed to maintain that momentum and faded into obscurity. He married his non-celebrity girlfriend in 2013 despite the 11-year difference between them. In 2015, he donated all the proceedings of his digital single "As Time Goes" to the families of the victims of the Sewol Ferry tragedy. In 2018, his debut song was revived in an episode "Two Yoo Project Sugar Man Season 2" and he appeared to sing it. He continues to release music and has a small but solid fanbase but rarely appears on TV these days.
