Kang Beom Soo, known professionally as Kang Hoon, is a South Korean trot singer. He graduated from Yewon University of Arts with a bachelor's degree in Applied Music. He made his debut in 2017 with the EP "Aren't You Coming?" but remained in obscurity for several years. In 2021, he decided to try trot music and entered the singing survival show "Voice King" where he impressed the judges but ultimately managed to finish only in 45th place. That year, he was invited to perform in the final of the 33rd edition of Miss Korea. In 2022, he participated in "Burning Trotman" and this time he finished in 15th place. He released the single "Only You" after the competition ended.
