Park Hye Jeong is a South Korean weightlifter. She graduated from Ansan Industrial High School.

In 2019, she was selected for the South Korean youth national team and participated in the 2019 Asian Youth Athletics Championships, winning the gold medal in her category.

In 2022, she moved to the junior national team and participated in the 2022 Junior World Weightlifting Championships in Heraklion, Greece and the 2022 Asian Junior Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, winning gold medals in both tournaments.

She made her Olympic debut in Paris during the 2024 Summer Olympics, winning the silver medal in the women's +81 kg category.
