Sekiguchi Ao is a Japanese actress, choreographer, and yoga instructor. She was a former member of the dance and vocal group TEMPURA KIDZ and had been associated with J☆Dee’Z during its earlier days as a kids' dance group.

Inspired by Beyoncé's videos in her childhood, she began dancing under the name AO. She joined the official dance team "Ponies Green" for the BJ League Saitama Broncos at the age of 9. She has also ventured into acting and graduated from TEMPURA KIDZ in March 2021.

She holds a yoga instructor certification based on the RYT200 standards of the Yoga Alliance.
