Park Ja Young, known simply as Jayoung, is a South Korean singer and member of rock band ROLLING QUARTZ (롤링쿼츠). She graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Postmodern Music from Kyung Hee University. Rolling Star Entertainment created two separate bands in 2019, ROLLING GIRLZ and ROSE QUARTZ. The agency decided to merge the group and their names and she made her official debut in 2020 as ROLLING QUARTZ's main vocalist with their 1st single album, "Blaze". In 2022, the band released their EP "Fighting", placing in the Top-5 in the rock album chart on iTunes, making them the first South Korean indie band to manage to do so in a U.S.-based song chart.
