Kim So Yeon (not to be confused with the actress or with the singer-songwriter of the same name) is a South Korean trot singer. She graduated from Haesung International Convention High School and later attended the Vocal program at Jeonghwa Arts University but is currently not registered. She was studying in Australia when she won a singing competition organized by the Korean Association. She moved back to South Korea and she appeared in the singing survival show "Trot Nation" where she finished in 2nd place. Some of songs from the show became fairly popular on YouTube and she release her 1st digital single, "Please Pack it Up" (포장해주세요) in 2022.
