Kim Yoo Ra, known mononymously as Youra, is a South Korean singer-songwriter. She made her music known through social media and was offered to collaborate with producer group 015B. In 2018, she co-wrote and composed "New Edition 03" and, later that year, she debuted as a soloist with the digital single "My". The following year, she collaborated with 015B once again in "New Edition 13". Her excellent understanding and ability to digest the R&B genre makes her a sought-after artist and she since her debut, she has collaborated with Heize, Penomeco, Giriboy, Car, the Garden, among others.
