Kitahara Fumie, born Abe Fusae (阿部房枝) in Tokyo, Japan, was a Japanese actress and voice actress. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Nihon University (日本大学). In 1937, she began her career in small theater and later joined the Haiyuza Theater Company (劇団俳優座) upon its founding in 1944. After leaving Haiyuza in 1945 following its evacuation to Gotemba (御殿場), she pursued an independent career.

On October 5, 1980, she suffered a fatal accident at her residence in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo. While attempting to break a branch of a narra tree, she fell from the fourth floor. Despite being taken to Surugadai Nihon University Hospital, she passed away the following day, October 6, 1980, from pelvic fractures and intra-abdominal hemorrhage, at the age of 60.

Kitahara was married to actor Abe Toru (安部徹).
