She first appeared on TV in 2011 as a child actress in a few episodes of "TV Tale".
She made her debut in January 2018 (using the stage name Sun J) as the group's lead rapper and main dancer with the single, "Fanci". Later that year, they became the first ever girl group to perform in Bahrain as part of the 2018 Changwon K-Pop World Festival.
However, in March 2020, NextLevel Entertainment (넥스트레벨 엔터테인먼트) announced she was taking a break to continue her studies. She never returned to the lineup as the agency confirmed her departure the following month, and the group ended up disbanding in August 2022.
She appears to be out of the entertainment industry.
