Shimizu Yoshiharu, a business executive from Naruto, Tokushima, Japan, began his career as an actor, director, and scriptwriter, using the stage name Shimizu Eiya (清水英哉), which he continues to use. In 1989, he founded a company and opened the karaoke pub "CHIP INN," followed by another karaoke pub, "P-POOL" (ピープール), in 1991. He established the limited liability company Think Bank (有限会社シンクバンク) in 2003, which became a corporation in 2006, with Shimizu serving as CEO. In 2016, he founded Upgrade Co., Ltd. (株式会社アップグレード) and became its CEO. Shimizu graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Management Engineering at Seikei University (成蹊大学).
