Nakamura Umenosuke IV, born Mitsui Tetsuo (三井鐵男) in Tokyo, Japan, was a Japanese actor and kabuki performer. He represented the renowned theater troupe Zenshinza, founded by his father, the third-generation Nakamura Kanyemon. His mother was the daughter of the second-generation Dansuro Enji.

Known by his stage name Narikomaya, Nakamura Umenosuke IV performed under the crests Hidari Mitsudomoe as his primary and Uraume as his alternate. He married Mitsuko, granddaughter of Yamazaki Kagenori. Their eldest son, the second-generation Nakamura Umezuru, also pursued acting within the same troupe.

Starting his career as a child actor, Nakamura Umenosuke IV appeared both on stage and in films before World War II, some of which are preserved today. He dropped out of Matsushiro Municipal Junior High School. In his twenties, he battled tuberculosis.

He passed away at the age of 85 on January 18, 2016, due to pneumonia.
