Tsurumi Joji is a Japanese actor from Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan. His real name is Masuda Kiyotaka (増田清貴). He is also a practitioner of Japanese traditional dance.

He graduated from Keio University Senior High School. In 1954, he passed the 8th term of the Daiei New Face audition, and after training at the Daiei Acting Research Institute, he joined Daiei. He made his debut in 1955 in "Bullet Mark Street."
