Kim Dong Hyun is a South Korean bobsledder. He graduated from Yonsei University with a bachelor's degree in Physical Education. He began competing professionally since 2008 and finished in 19th place in 4-men event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. The sport has never been popular in South Korea so the national team struggled to earn good results in the World Championships. However, in 2018, he was part of the team who earned a surprising silver medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, becoming the first Asian nation to claim an Olympic medal in a bobsleigh event.
