Isshiki Nobuyuki is a Japanese screenwriter and novelist born in Kameari, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with Grand Slam. He graduated from Kamakura Gakuen High School but dropped out of the English and American Literature Department of Aoyama Gakuin University.

After independently producing films, he studied screenwriting as a member of the first class of the Shochiku Scenario Research Institute. He then apprenticed under directors Nomura Yoshitaro and Urayama Kiroro. In 1982, he made his debut as a screenwriter with the Tuesday Suspense Theater "Sebone".

From 1993 to 1994, he suffered from depression and expressed the inner workings of depression patients in his essays "I've Returned from Depression" (2007) and the novel "We Want to Be Delivered" in 2008.

The actor Isshiki Yohei is his son.
