Goda Hozumi is a Japanese voice actor, actor, sound director, and YouTuber born in Tokyo, Japan and raised in Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan. He graduated from Odawara High School and the Department of Arts and Literature at Tamagawa University with a major in Theater Studies.

In 1981, inspired by watching the TV anime "Space Battleship Yamato" during his junior high and high school years, he recognized voice acting as a profession.

In 1999, he established the "Shonan Actors School." He also directs plays for various theater groups such as Shonan Theater Delarte, Hirari, Kuuchu Bunkai., and Hagoromo 1011.
