Kim Seon Tae is a South Korean civil servant turned YouTuber. He graduated from Chungju High School and later attended Ajou University but dropped out of the E-Business program. He is part of the Chungju City Hall Public Relations Office Team and is often known as "Chunju Man". He became popular when he started uploading YouTube videos of the daily activities that him and his colleagues had to do for the city, but using the latest trends. He was quickly promoted from Level 9 to Level 6 but, despite his rank, he often meets with ministers and even the city mayor to discuss how to showcase the city of Chungju more effectively.
