Chen Bing Fan is a Chinese singer, dancer, and member of NOUERA (누에라; stylized as NouerA).

In May 2024, he entered the KBS2 singing survival competition, "Make Mate 1", where he finished in 1st place and earned a spot in the resulting project group. He was originally set to debut as Bing Fan, but the agencies decided to shorten his stage name to Fan.

He made his debut in February 2025 as part of NOUERA with their first mini-album, "Chapter: New Is Now". The group is managed by Nouer Entertainment (누아엔터테인먼트), a subsidiary of MakeStar (메이크스타) and helped by Chinese agency Chromosome (染色体娱乐集团).
