Seo Young Woo is a South Korean bobsledder. He graduated from Incheon Sports High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Sungkyul University.

He began his career as a track-and-field athlete but switched sports during high school. In 2010, he participated in the national bobsleigh team selection competition and was chosen as a national team member.

He is part of the 2-man and 4-man bobsleigh and has competed in two different Winter Olympics (2014 in Sochi and 2018 in Pyeongchang). At the 2018 Winter Olympics, he won the silver medal in the 4-man bobsleigh after tying with one of the German teams and became the first ever Asian country to earn an Olympic medal in the sport. He suffered an injury that prevented him from participating in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing but is now back in training.
