Ishinami Yoshito is a Japanese voice actor and actor from Tochigi, Japan. He is affiliated with the Shiki Theatre Company. He was previously a member of the Gekidan Subaru.

He graduated from the First Literature Department of Waseda University. During his fourth year at university, he was influenced by Tsuneyuki Fukuda and became a trainee at Gekidan Kumon, joining the troupe in 1974. After the division of the troupe, he belonged to Gekidan Subaru for many years.

In addition to appearing on stage, he has also worked as a voice actor in anime and dubbing. He has also conducted workshops on theatrical training methods in various locations.

In 2007, he began guest-starring in productions by the Shiki Theatre Company through auditions, and officially transferred in 2010. Since then, he has been active as one of the leading actors of the company.
