Nakamura Matagoro II was a Japanese kabuki actor. His guild name was Hamaya. His family crest was the raised butterfly, and his alternate crest was the facing diamond. He was designated as a Living National Treasure, holding the title of Important Intangible Cultural Property Holder. His real name was Nakamura Yukio (中村幸雄).

He was the eldest son of the first-generation Nakamura Matagoro. In January 1921, at Ichimura Theater, he took on the name of the second-generation Nakamura Matagoro. In 1961, he moved to Toho Productions.

On February 21, 2009, he passed away at his home in Tokyo due to old age. He was 94 years old.
