Teresa Te is a Taiwanese actress and producer born in Keelung, Taiwan. She graduated from Keelung Girls' Senior High School and the Department of Public Administration at National Chengchi University. Prior to entering the television industry, she was originally named Te Shu Fen (德淑芬), but later she changed her name Te Hsin I (德馨忆). In 2020, she made her debut as a producer for the production of "Khioh Hah A".

During her university years, she worked as a model and participated in television and print advertisements. Due to her interest in drama, she joined the drama club during her university years. After her divorce, she entered the television industry and began participating in drama productions.
