Fang Tsen, born Ling Fang Tsen (林芳岑), was a Taiwanese actress and host who later became a hydrotherapist.

In her early family life, due to her father's business failure, Fang Tsen went from a privileged lifestyle to poverty. During her time at Guoguang Arts School, she worked part-time to help with family expenses and repay debts. She got her break when she appeared in the Guangdong Broadcasting Fund's drama "Our Class."

Around 2012, Fang Tsen suffered from heavy metal poisoning and dermatitis due to prolonged exposure to filming environments and being in basements.
