Before debuting, she had a YouTube channel, using the stage name Bin, where she uploaded covers of famous songs. The video of her and her younger sister covering Red Velvet's "Psycho" was so popular, that she got several offers to become a trainee to later join an idol group. She declined the offers as she wanted a solo career and signed with LiveWorks Company (라이브웍스컴퍼니) who offered what she wanted.
She made her debut in January 2024 with the single "Really Like You."
