Takahashi Toshihiro is a Japanese businessman and film producer. He is the President and CEO of Shochiku Co., Ltd.

He graduated from Rikkyo University's Faculty of Economics in March 1990 and joined Shochiku Co., Ltd. in April of the same year.

In April 2006, he was appointed Deputy Manager of the Corporate Planning Staff in the Corporate Planning Office of Shochiku, and in August of the same year, he became the Head of the Group Planning Office and Deputy Manager of the Corporate Planning Office's Business Information Planning Department.

In March 2011, he was promoted to Manager of the Visual Media Division, and in April 2012, he was appointed Manager in charge of Visual Media Coordination in the Visual Media Headquarters. In 2015, he became a Director of the company.
