Isomura Chikako was a Japanese actress born in Tokyo, Japan. Her real name was Ueda Hisako (上田寿子). She was affiliated with M Three and was a former representative of the theater company Zokei.

She graduated from Nara Women's Higher Normal School.

In April 1939, she joined the Art Little Theater and remained until February 1942. Her debut stage role was as a nurse in "People in White." In April 1947, she joined the Budo no Kai. In January 1960, she left both Budo no Kai and the Art Little Theater. She co-founded the theater company Zokei. As of 1962, she was also affiliated with the Suzuki Office. Later, she was affiliated with NAC.
