Inaba Matsuko is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Shizuoka, Japan. She was active from the 1960s to the 2000s.

Inaba graduated from the Special Course of Ito Girls' High School in Shizuoka, Japan. In January 1951, she joined the theater company Budo no Kai. In January 1960, she left Budo no Kai and co-founded the theater company Zokei. As of 1962, she was also affiliated with Suzuki Office.

Subsequently, she was affiliated with NAC and Dojinsha Productions.
