Song Yeong Gwan is a South Korean zookeeper. He graduated from Sejong Cyber ​​University with a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing.

He joined Everland Zootopia in 2003 working part-time to earn money to return to school. He was assigned to work with small animals such as fennec foxes. He fell in love with the animals and decided to stay full-time. Later, he became the monkey expert and was in charge of the golden snub-nosed monkeys between 2010 and 2014, managing to successfully breed the endangered species a few times.

In 2016, he moved to the supervision of pandas and, in 2020, he handled the first ever natural breeding of pandas in South Korea. In 2023, he was also in charge during the first natural breeding of twin pandas in the country.
