Yuzuki Asako is a Japanese novelist born in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan. She attended Keisen Jogakuin Junior and Senior High School and graduated from Rikkyo University with a degree in French literature. She is married and a member of the Japan PEN Club.

Since her university days, she aimed to become a screenwriter, attending the Scenario Center and later working as a plot writer for dramas. After graduating, she worked at a confectionery company before taking various jobs such as a cram school instructor and contract employee while submitting entries to novel awards.

Her debut book, "The Girl at the End" was published in 2010.
