Takeda attended Ajiyoshi Elementary School, Chita Junior High School in Kasugai City, and Aichi Prefectural Asahigaoka High School before entering Meiji University's Faculty of Law where he graduated in March 1991.
He joined Tokai Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. the following month of his graduation. He served as a Brand Sales Producer from 1996 to 2006 and was the Coca-Cola Tokai Classic Sales Producer in 2000. In July 2004, he was appointed Deputy Manager of Sales at Tokai TV Tokyo Branch, and by July 2011, he became the Manager of Programming at Tokai TV, where he produced "Chihara Junior's Hebereke" in 2012 and 2013.
In July 2013, he was promoted to Head of Business Development. He collaborated with Sanrio to open the Hello Kitty Cafe in Nagoya's Central Park and with the Chunichi Dragons to establish the Doala Cafe at Nagoya Dome. Takeda resigned from Tokai Television in April 2016 and established Forward International Co., Ltd. in May 2016, becoming its CEO. His new role involved product development, sponsor relations, production, and overseas expansion. In February 2018, he was appointed Director at Fortune Entertainment Co., Ltd. By 2020, he had started the online salon "LOVE MUSE" and the marriage agency "FOR MARRIAGE."
