Arashi Keishi, known professionally as Toyoshimaya (豊嶋屋), is a Kabuki actor whose birth name is Terada Katsuyuki (寺田勝之). Born into a family deeply entrenched in entertainment, he comes from a lineage where his father was the fifth-generation Arashi Yoshisaburo, his brother the sixth-generation Arashi Yoshisaburo, and his sister, Terada Rokei, is an actress with Bungakuza.

Arashi holds the distinction of being the first baby born in a communal residence shared by members of the Zenshinza theater company. He briefly attended Tokyo Metropolitan Mitaka High School before pursuing training at the Actor's Studio.

While primarily associated with Zenshinza, Arashi has also made notable appearances in films and various external productions. In 2017, he founded his own agency, marking his departure from Zenshinza after serving as a prominent figure on its executive committee and later as chairman for many years.
