Umeura Yoichi is a Japanese television and film producer born in Tokyo. He has served as the head of Toho Television and as the President of Tokyo Eiga Shinsha.

In 1993, Umeura became President of Tokyo Eiga Shinsha, a subsidiary of Toho, where he continued his work in television film production. However, on September 1, 2004, Tokyo Eiga Shinsha was dissolved following its absorption by Toho, leading to Umeura's departure from his role as President.
