Liu Chun Yu is an ethnic Hakka born and raised in Hsinchu. He was a major in Film Directing and graduated from the Department of Filmmaking of Taipei National University of the Arts. His experience of working overseas makes him ponder more about the situation of the migrant workers and blue-collar workers in Taiwan, which also influences the way of his creation continually. His film works include "Red" (2020) and "Invisible Children" (2021).
