Kim Myeong Cheol is a South Korean veterinarian, author, and YouTuber. He graduated from Chonnam National University with a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and later obtained a master's degree in Veterinary Internal Medicina from Konkuk University.

He is the director of the VIP Animal Medical Center Cheongdam Branch and the vice-president of the Korean Cat Veterinary Association.

He gained notoriety after he appeared as the cat behavioral expert in seasons 1-7 of EBS's "Cat's Pleases" (고양이를 부탁해) and he has served as the consulting veterinarian in several dramas. He also opened his own YouTube channel that is frequently visited by cat lovers.
