Oh Hye Ri is a South Korean retired taekwondo athlete now turned coach. She graduated from Gangwon Sports High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Physical Education from Korea National Sport University and a Ph.D. in Sports Medicine from Cha University.

As an athlete, she won a silver medal at the 2011 World Championships and a gold medal in the 2015 edition.

She represented South Korea at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro where she won her first gold medal in the in the women's -67 kg category. She decided to retire when she did not make the national team for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (delayed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic).

She returned at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris as Seo Geon Woo's head coach.
